These items are non
refundable/exchangeable. Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely
important to us and we are delighted to offer free alterations! Free alterations will be proceeded for unworn custom made suits. If you are sending your suit for alterations after your competition, please make sure it is in clean condition. We reserve the right to refuse service for suits that has not been washed!

Items A return or
exchange will be issued on some unworn merchandise returned within 7
days of receiving the items. All return or exchange merchandise must be
unmarked with original tags attached, hygienic liners in tact,
and packaging Included. If your return or exchange does not meet these
guidelines, please do not send back your items as your return or
exchange may not be approved. Instead please contact us to verify if it
may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a small fee for
postage to re-ship/return the item.

We do not accept returns or
exchanges for soiled or washed merchandise.

We cannot accept returns or
exchanges for tampered items or evidence of alteration.

Approved returns will be
refunded the purchase price less shipping fees and 10% restocking fee! Any discounts disqualified
by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the
item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be
charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for
discount requirements.)

Returns or Exchanges must
include a print out of the receipt or invoice and include the Reason for
Return. You can find your receipt by logging into your account and going
to your order history.

We are not responsible for
lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping
method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Priority Mail has no tracking number; only Express Mail is provided with
a tracking number.
